Graphic Design and copyright?
I'm thinking of doing some freelance graphic design for a couple of friends. You need a logo, other wants some business cards, and the last needs some graphics on the website. For these and future projects, do I need to do something that the copyright? All work will be personalized to me and the property will be theirs (as specified in the contract) - especially for the logo. It's my job to do once the design and delivery work? Does that mean you have to worry about trademarks, copyrights, etc.? only serious answers and thanks in advance!
